AAC accepts most major credit cards.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date and that the billing name and address match exactly what is on your credit card statement. Please contact your credit card company with any further questions.
Shipping and Handling
AAC ships only within the United States. We do not ship or bill orders internationally.
With standard shipping, orders will arrive within 7-10 days. Express shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 48 hours.
All orders should arrive with a packing slip. Please confirm that all the information on the packing slip is consistent with the materials in the box. Also make note of any damage to the box should you find a discrepancy. If you have questions, please call the number listed on the packing slip.
If we do not have an item in stock, it will show as "Out of stock" on the website ordering page. You cannot place orders for out of stock items.

Products that have not been worn, washed or used may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. To return a product purchased on our webstore, please e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at: 770-925-9988. We will provide you with detailed instructions regarding how to process the return. We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.

3. Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
We do not offer gift certificates at this time.
4. When will I receive my order?
In-stock products typically ship within 48 hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and selected shipping method.
5. Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, AAC is required to charge sales tax in all 50 states.
